Discussing and organizing the Christmas Charity Prom 04.11

When we sat down to discuss the organization of the Christmas Charity Prom, we first had some disagreements but after that we managed to stay on the same page. The time wasn't enough to discuss all aspects of the event but still we decided what the invitations would  look like and then we talked about the dress code, but we decided that there wouldn't be any because every person wants to dress up in a different colour and defining a certain dress code would only mean a reduce in the people who will attend the prom. After clearing this point too, we started to talk about the decoration and I got nervous, because I had many ideas but the others didn't liked them. After all I am part of the team too, so why can't I make suggestions about the decoration too, but I guess that this is the risk of working with other people- not always will it be in your way.
