My first power yoga training was great! The difference between ordinary yoga and power yoga is that power yoga combines yoga exercises and pilates. It's really pleasant- I felt every muscle in my body stretching and then relaxing. It's was exhausting too because of the pilates elements included in the training, which aim is to teach you handling the weight of your body, in order to control yourself better. What I like the most of these exercises is that you work with and develop your own body, not just standing in the fitness room and trying to relax with a static device.
