Aerobic training 18.10


Today was my first aerobic training. The thing that made difference for me was that most of the pressure from the exercises went to my legs and especially my calf. I wasn’t able to move my legs properly after the training but I didn’t mind it because I like the feeling when I spend energy. Sometimes when I go to training I start to think that I can experience every single process running in my body. It was really great- I may have muscle fever now, but I don’t mind =]
